You might say that real estate – acquiring land, construction, renovations, investing, or finding the right home – is part of my DNA.

I was lucky – I was raised in a family that owned a business, so at an early age I was exposed to many real estate renovation and new construction projects. That led to my interest in learning as much as I could about the process of acquiring land, working through various approvals, and ultimately, the construction of a new home or building.

By the time I was 18 years old, I acquired an acre of land and had my first home built.

Since then, I’ve acquired, built, and/or renovated several properties over the years in the Canandaigua area. In 1984, I went into the real estate business as a full time Realtor – and I’ve been very actively involved in the business in the Greater Rochester and the Finger Lak es area ever since.

I owned and managed an independent Real Estate brokerage for several years before opening RE/MAX Properties in Canandaigua as Broker/Owner.

One of the most important lessons I learned at an early age was that treating clients with the respect they deserve -- and good old-fashioned hard work -- is what it takes to be successful.

I've been both a buyer and a seller, so I know what you want and need from a Realtor.

In fact, one of the things I most enjoy about my business is helping Buyers and Sellers realize their real estate goals.

I have access to and can show you every available home listed with RE/MAX and all other Realtors, through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

I can help you through the process of securing a home loan through my many connections in the mortgage business.

I can help you navigate the sometimes-confusing process of making an offer, negotiating, and property inspections, as well as working through the various contingencies and any issues that may arise during the process.

If you’re the Seller, you want someone who will actively and aggressively market your home, utilizing all the traditional and non-traditional resources available -- and of course, get your home sold quickly and for top dollar.
